Meet Our Team
Executive Director
Yee Min has over 20 years of experience in the business and finance industry such as Audit and Advisory, Enterprise Risk Management and Sustainability. She graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia with Bachelor of Accounting (Honors), her other qualifications include Certified Internal Auditor (“CIA”), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”), Member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants (“MIA”).
She previously held the position of Director of the Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance Services practice at KPMG Management & Risk Consulting Sdn Bhd. She was attached to an American Multinational Company as Cost Controller and a Malaysia Public Listed Company as Senior IA Manger before becoming the Executive Director of YNC Business Consulting Sdn Bhd. In addition, she is an Independent Non-Executive Director of several Public Listed Companies of Bursa Malaysia and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (“ICDM”).
Yee Min is also a HRD Corp certified trainer.
Director
Chun Beng has working experience in Advisory engagements and commercial roles. He is experienced in providing internal audit, risk management and process improvement engagements to clients in various industries in Malaysia, China, Philippines and Laos. He is also well-versed in assessment of risk management and internal control system for clients that are undertaking Initial Public Offerings (“IPO”) process in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia Exchange. His experience also extends to sustainability management, corporate governance and corporate liability engagements.
He graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman (“TAR”) University College, Bachelor of Business (Hons) Accounting and Finance. He previously held the position of Assistant Manager of the Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance Services practice at KPMG Management & Risk Consulting Sdn Bhd. He was attached to an American Multinational Company as a Business Unit Coordinator and a consulting firm as a Principal Consultant prior to joining YNC Business Consulting Sdn Bhd.
Chun Beng is also a HRD Corp certified trainer and a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional.
